Where should I begin—with my early days as a Makassed kindergarten student, with the abilities refined in secondary school, with my passion as an English teacher and coordinator, or with the years I led more than one Makassed school? Or shall I start from where I stand today—as the Director General of Educational Affairs for all Makassed schools?

At Makassed, opportunities for development abound. We set clear goals and embrace the changes needed to achieve them. We are in the midst of a transformation that affirms the value of teaching and learning and the unique Makassed added value we offer every learner across our 24 schools in Beirut, the Bekaa, and North Lebanon—whether partially subsidized (semi-free) or tuition-based.

We provide quality education for all, equipping learners with knowledge, skills, and values that foster holistic, well-balanced growth—with a constant drive to achieve even more. This is educational equity in action: a model that promotes 21st-century skills and essential life competencies—such as logical and critical thinking, tolerance, and perseverance—so our students develop strong personal attributes and succeed.

We have raised the bar at Makassed: international accreditations in many of our schools; STEAM programs; active leadership initiatives; social-emotional learning programs; and thriving sports activities and achievements.
