It is one of the Directorate of Educational Affairs’ units concerned with bringing the teacher and the learner to their maximum potential within the process of lifelong learning

RESPONSIBILITIES

• It develops and documents the Makassed educational system in line with the vision, mission, and educational philosophy of the Directorate of Educational Affairs, the requirements of educational quality, the emerging educational topics, studies and trends, and the emergency conditions.
• It works on the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) to help Makassed learners reach their ultimate abilities.
• It works in collaboration with the rest of the units at the Directorate of Educational Affairs.
• It works on developing and modifying the Makassed curricula, follows up their effective implementation and evaluation in collaboration with the Coordinators’ Council.
• It trains its members in order to practice their professional competencies in clinical educational supervision and teaching and evaluation strategies.
• It develops the educational policies and aligns them with educational novelties and emergency conditions.
• It devises the strategic plan of the Directorate of EducationalAffairs
• It participates in monitoring action research in schools, conducting educational research within and outside Makassed, and offering educational consultancy for external institutions and organizations.
