Effective Distant Learning:
The Directorate of Educational Affairs has selected a number of trainers to participate in the training of trainers conducted remotely with Qitabi 2 Project for private Educational Sector on “Effective Distant Learning”. The Educational resource center organized online trainings for teachers at Makassed schools of Beirut for the roll-out phase of the project. ERC is following up with Qitabi 2 on all the documents they require during this phase.
E-Content evaluation
The organizers of Qitabi 2 project and the director of ERC coordinated on the selection of a group of evaluators from Makassed subject coordinators and teachers. They will evaluate the digital content of videos and films prepared by Qitabi 2 team of specialists for the 1st and 2nd cycle in the following subjects: Social emotional learning, English, Mathematics, Arabic & French.
Each group of evaluators will submit a report assessing the digital learning material as a support in classrooms or distant learning.
After completion of this phase, the project will provide the final version of E-content material to Makassed schools for use in promoting education.
