From where do I start about my Makassed journey? My kindergarten years? My personal growth as a high school student? My passion as an English teacher and coordinator? Makassed has embarked on a journey of change while keeping its initial commitment to education at the core of its mission. We proudly cater to all our 24 schools in the Beqaa Valley, the North and in Beirut, whether the school is partially subsidized or for profit. We provide our students a high quality academic curriculum empowering them to grow up educated, free to determine their own future and hopeful to achieve more!

It is equity at its best! In this globally and digitally interconnected world, we want to prepare our children for success in school, work and life and give them opportunities to learn 21^st century skills. Skills such as flexibility, critical thinking, communicating and leadership.

Yes, we have raised the bar at Makassed! We have international accreditations in many schools, we implemented STEM programs, leadership programs, social and emotional learning programs as well as sports activities. In addition, Makassed is eager to care for every child and we are proud of our Special Needs department which brings hope to many!
